Welcome to Jagdamba Taxi. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Jagdamba Taxi's Taxi & Tour Services. By booking with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree to all of the terms stated here.

1. Booking & Quotes

All taxi rentals and sightseeing itineraries are customized and subject to vehicle availability. As we offer a strictly transparent booking process, quotes will be validated directly with our travel desk via phone or WhatsApp. No advance payment is requested without official invoice receipt validation.

2. Carriage Guidelines

• **Kilometer calculations**: Billed garage-to-garage from Khatu, Sikar.
• **Daily running**: Standard day limits are based on calendar dates (12:00 midnight to 12:00 midnight).
• **Inclusions**: Sightseeing rates inside Jaipur include vehicle hire, parking charges, highway boundaries, and driver allowance.
• **Exclusions**: For outstation routes, actual highway toll slips and state entry boundary taxes are charged extra at actual receipts.

3. Safety and Conduct

We maintain strict commercial standards. All vehicles are sanitized, and our drivers are commercial license holders verified by the local police department. Smoking, drinking, or carrying prohibited substances inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Emergency cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a nominal cancellation charge.
